Sorry to write it here, but I couldn't comment on the report part

Some comments:

1. We still do not have our report form, so I do not understand what should be written in a certain box. What caught my eye is the fact you mention all partners, even those who were rejected - is it fine?

2. maybe on page 11 we should have a link to our conference part of the web?

3. our institution misses some letters: should be Zespol Szkol Cieszyn

4. page 19 - I wouldn't write "no interest" in elearning courses, but maybe low interest or such offers are not popular enough, or the demand for such offer is hardly noticable

5. page 21: see online reflection and summarised reports - maybe a link should be here too

6. pagae 21: very good communication during the meetings, but a lack of communication between the meetings     - I would write not sufficient communication between the meetings, especially in year I. The situation improved in year II

7. no further comments or questions

Some of my points may be irrelevant because I do not understand the French instructions.

Anyway, thanks for completing it as the first partner, it will be very helpful for us. It seems that the work we did on our meeting in Cieszyn, some of the tables I've already completed for our individual part was not so helpful as we thouht.

to 1 and 3: this part can't be changed in the form therefore I wrote further down, that not all partners were approved.

to 2 and 5: I inserted the links.

to 4 and 6: I changed that.

The changed report is uploaded.

Aga, what we discussed and wrote during our meeting helped a lot, also all the minutes of the meetings!

When you (and the Turkish partner) will write your report, please ensure, that part A is exactly the same as I wrote. This is important as the NA's will check that ;-)

In part B you can tell your national point of view.

We'll paste the part A.

We still do not have our final report form!!! Can you imagine? Basia and other participants of the final report conference asked why in other countires the form has already been available and in Poland no, they said that the Commmission agreed that in all countries it should be available at the break of June and July, but not every country obeys the decision :( Seems Poland does! NA will send the forms on our emails soon.
